West Broadway Business and Area Coalition (WBC)
The West Broadway Business and Area Coalition’s mission is to create an inviting and vital West Broadway Corridor and to transform the Northside into a thriving economic community.
WBC builds capacity of businesses and entrepreneurs, highlights the positive and cultural assets of North Minneapolis, and engages the community in the ongoing revitalization of the West Broadway area.
WBC curates community-identified activities designed to transform West Broadway into a thriving commercial corridor that meets the goods, service and entertainment needs of neighborhood residents, businesses, and visitors.
Black Women's Wealth Alliance (BWWA)
Vision: A more equitable world where Black Women obtain economic stability and prosperity that expands and sustains generational Black wealth.
Mission: We exist to cultivate the strategies of Black women that advances generational wealth and changes the lives of Historical Black families. We do this by partnering with community, government, non-government agencies, and corporations to increase Black wealth through livable careers and the number of profitable, stable Black-women-owned businesses by up to 70% by 2035. We are committed to staying true to this community and helping Historical Black Women achieve their wealth goals.
Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON)
Northside Economic Opportunity Network (NEON) began working to advance the efforts of underserved entrepreneurs in the community over a decade ago. Launched in 2006 with a grant from NorthWay Community Trust, NEON used its talents and offerings to build and support Northside businesses owned by lower-income Northside residents.
African American Leadership Forum (AALF)
The African American Leadership Forum (AALF) is a cross-sector network of Black Thought Leaders, Influencers, Builders, and Ambassadors. Our mission is to foster a just society that works better for all Americans by addressing disparities in Economic Development, Health & Wellness, Education, and Family & Culture in the Black community, and convening, supporting and developing the leadership capacity of Black leaders across Minnesota.
Neighborhood Development Center (NDC)
Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) is a non-profit, community development financial institution. We provide integrated business services so that entrepreneurs can start and grow businesses that enrich the economic and social fabric of their own neighborhoods. NDC provides culturally-affirming services with entrepreneur training, small business lending, technical assistance, and real estate incubator opportunities.

Our mission is to provide innovative, creative and accessible legal resources to promote viable and sustainable business development and growth for entrepreneurs, business owners and nonprofit organizations. Our vision is to equip businesses with the legal tools and knowledge to thrive.
